TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Amillion Treasures Experiences (“ATE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting services, submitting inquiries, receiving proposals, booking experiences, making payments, or otherwise engaging with our company, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
SERVICES
ATE provides luxury event styling, event design, sleepover experiences, hotel room experiences, birthday experiences, faith based gatherings, custom events, corporate events, décor services, rentals, and related event services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by ATE.
BOOKINGS
Event dates are not reserved until:
• A signed agreement has been received.
• The required nonrefundable retainer has been paid.
ATE reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.
PRICING
All pricing is subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed. Custom proposals are valid only for the period specified within the proposal.
Additional fees may apply for:
• Additional guests
• Additional travel
• Venue requirements
• Specialty installations
• Custom requests
• Rush services
• Holiday events
PAYMENTS
A nonrefundable retainer equal to sixty percent (60%) of the total event investment is required to secure a booking.
The remaining balance is due seventy two (72) hours before the scheduled event date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of services.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
All cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to ATE’s Cancellation & Refund Policy. The nonrefundable retainer remains nonrefundable under all circumstances. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom signage, personalized items, foam board props, gift bags, treat boxes, printed materials, specialty décor, and other custom products are nonrefundable once production has begun.
TRAVEL
Travel fees may apply for events outside the included service area. Parking fees, tolls, venue access fees, and similar expenses may be charged to the Client when applicable.
RENTAL ITEMS
The Client accepts responsibility for all rental items provided by ATE. Loss, theft, damage, excessive cleaning, or failure to return rental items may result in additional charges. Rental item responsibilities are governed by ATE’s Rental & Damage Policy and Damage & Replacement Fee Schedule.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate event information.
• Ensure venue access at the agreed upon time.
• Maintain a safe environment.
• Obtain any required venue approvals.
• Communicate changes promptly.
• Supervise guests and participants.
ATE shall not be responsible for delays or limitations caused by inaccurate information provided by the Client.
WEBSITE CONTENT
All content appearing on the ATE website, including text, graphics, images, logos, branding, service descriptions, designs, and marketing materials, is the property of Amillion Treasures Experiences unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, business names, event concepts, marketing materials, photographs, designs, and proprietary content remain the property of ATE.
PHOTO & VIDEO USAGE
ATE may photograph or video record event setups, styling, décor installations, and completed event designs for marketing, portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless the Client opts out in writing before the event date.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ATE shall not be liable for:
• Venue restrictions
• Weather conditions
• Acts of third parties
• Guest conduct
• Hotel policies
• Transportation delays
• Utility interruptions
• Property owner actions
• Circumstances beyond ATE’s reasonable control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATE’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific event giving rise to the claim.
FORCE MAJEURE
ATE shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including:
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Public emergencies
• Government actions
• Labor disputes
• Transportation interruptions
• Utility failures
• Pandemics
PRIVACY
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
CHANGES TO TERMS
ATE reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
