BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
Thank you for choosing Amillion Treasures Experiences. We are committed to creating exceptional, luxury experiences that are thoughtfully designed and professionally executed. To ensure a seamless booking process, the following Booking & Payment Policy applies to all services and experiences.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
A signed service agreement and a nonrefundable retainer are required to secure your event date. Dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Event dates are not guaranteed until both the signed agreement and required retainer have been received. Because we begin planning, scheduling, purchasing materials, and reserving inventory immediately upon booking, all retainers are nonrefundable.
You can expect your proposal within 24 to 48 business hours. Custom and corporate events require 3 to 5 business days.
Rush Proposal Service $50
Proposal delivered within 12 business hours.
For corporate events $100.
RETAINER REQUIREMENT
A nonrefundable retainer equal to 60% of the total event cost is required to secure your booking. The retainer will be applied toward the total balance due for your event. No services, inventory, staffing, or event preparation will be scheduled until the retainer has been received.
In addition to the nonrefundable retainer, a security deposit will be required on all Sleepover Experiences.
• Essential Sleepover: $100 Security Deposit
• Signature Sleepover: $150 Security Deposit
• Elite Sleepover: $200 Security Deposit
FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due no later than seventy two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to submit the final payment by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of all monies previously paid. No setup, delivery, styling, installation, or event services will be performed until the account balance has been paid in full.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings made within seven (7) days of the event date may require full payment at the time of booking. Rush fees may apply for events booked on short notice.
CUSTOM ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
Personalized items, custom décor, specialty products, printed materials, foam board props, custom signage, gift bags, treat boxes, and other custom ordered items must be paid for in advance. Custom items are nonrefundable once production has begun.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND ADD ONS
Any additional services, upgrades, rentals, guest additions, décor enhancements, or add ons requested after the original booking must be paid in full prior to implementation. Additional requests are subject to availability.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments may be made through approved payment methods designated by Amillion Treasures Experiences. Returned payments, declined transactions, or failed payment attempts may result in additional processing fees.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings made within seven (7) days of the event date may require full payment at the time of booking. The following rush fees may apply:
• Events booked within seven (7) days of the event date are subject to a $100 Rush Booking Fee.
• Events booked within seventy two (72) hours of the event date are subject to a $250 Rush Booking Fee.
Rush bookings are accepted based on inventory availability, staffing availability, and scheduling capacity. Amillion Treasures Experiences
reserves the right to decline any booking request that cannot be reasonably accommodated within the available timeframe.
HOLIDAY AND PEAK DATE BOOKINGS
Events scheduled on major holidays, holiday weekends, or other high demand dates may be subject to premium pricing and additional service fees. Premium pricing will be disclosed during the booking process and included in the client’s event proposal.
PRICING
All pricing is subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed through a signed agreement and receipt of the required retainer. Quoted pricing is valid only for the time period specified in the proposal.
